NORTHERN BC. ENDLESS BACK ROADS. REAL ADVENTURE.
MY NAME IS GOLNOOSH NAMAZI
Adventure rider / creator / storyteller documenting the backroads, communities, and landscapes here in Northern BC that often go unseen.
what i do
I’m an adventure rider, creator, and storyteller based in Northern British Columbia — a place where thousands of kilometres of remote gravel, wild coastline, and mountain passes shape the way I live, ride, and create.
My work exists at the intersection of exploration, digital storytelling, and rural community development.
I ride to understand a place. I create to share its potential. And I hope what I share here inspires you to live a more free, intentional, and adventurous life — on or off the bike.
RECENT PROJECTS
Stories and projects shaped by the people, roads, and communities of the North.
Route 16 Backroads Adventure Guide
A two-week, 2,400 km route designed to highlight the adventure-touring potential along Northern BC’s Highway 16.
I led creative direction, route scouting, fieldwork, content production, and early promotional rollout for a regional tourism partnership.
Khutzeymateen Wilderness Lodge
A remote, conservation-focused grizzly bear experience in Northern BC.
I produced a library of photos and video assets to support the lodge’s promotional content, with social coverage generating over 100k views across 3 days.
Infinite Adventures Costa Rica
Lead creator and coordinator for a multi-day content production project for an international moto tour company.
I recruited the film crew, led stakeholder coordination, and delivered a full suite of digital assets for web, social, and promotional use.
PROJECT APPROACH
GROUNDED IN PLACE — INSPIRED BY EXPERIENCE
01
START ON GROUND ZERO
Every project begins in the place itself — riding the roads, covering the miles, learning the terrain, and listening to the people who live and work there. I don’t arrive with a shot list or a prewritten campaign. I take the time to understand how a region actually feels, and how your brand naturally belongs within it.
For motorcycle and outdoor brands, that means real-world use in remote, demanding conditions. For tourism and regional partners, it means stories grounded in lived experience — not surface-level impressions.
02
TELL THE STORY THAT’S ALREADY THERE
I’m not interested in manufacturing narratives or staging moments that don’t exist. My role is to notice what’s real — the land, the rhythm of travel, the quiet details — and translate that into honest, human storytelling.
Your brand becomes part of the journey, not the headline. Whether it’s a motorcycle, piece of gear, or destination, it’s shown doing what it was built to do, in places where performance, reliability, and intention actually matter.
03
WORK FROM LIVED EXPERIENCE
The routes, communities, and environments I document are ones I’ve ridden and returned to — across Northern BC and into the far north, including the Yukon. That lived experience shapes every creative decision: how a place is framed, how a product is represented, and what’s left unsaid.
This approach allows brands and regions to be portrayed with credibility, nuance, and respect — because the story is coming from time spent, not a single visit.
04
CREATE WITH PURPOSE
My work is designed to support motorcycle brands, outdoor companies, tourism operators, and regional partners by creating content that builds trust, encourages responsible travel, and reflects the reality of life and travel in the North — not just the highlight reel.
For brands, this means long-term, story-driven integrations that resonate with riders and adventurers. For tourism and economic development partners, it means content that attracts the right kind of visitor and supports sustainable growth.
05
STEWARDSHIP OVER SPECTACLE
The result is work that feels grounded, credible, and enduring — for brands that value authenticity, and for regions that want to be represented with care.
WHO I AM
Riding gave me a way to understand this place. Storytelling gave me a way to share it.
In 2018, I left the city and moved north to Northern British Columbia. I didn’t have a grand plan — just a desire for a life that felt more honest, more grounded, and more my own.
Today, my work focuses on documenting the roads, landscapes, and communities of Northern BC — with the belief that good stories can build connection, stewardship, and opportunity where it matters most.
LET’S WORK TOGETHER
I work with motorcycle and outdoor brands, tourism operators, and regional partners who value honest storytelling, place-based work, and long-term impact.
If you’re interested in collaborating, commissioning a project, or exploring a partnership, I’d welcome the conversation.
